2009年7月15日下午5时许，雪州行动党州行政议员欧阳捍华的政治秘书赵明福，以证人身份受召前往反贪污局位于大厦14楼的办公室，协助调查行政议员涉嫌贪污案。将近廿小时后（据说长达10个小时的盘问在凌晨3点45分左右方告结束），他却被发现倒毙在反贪污局大厦5楼的露台上！
这生死之间，究竟隐藏着什么样“夺命”的惊人秘密？这离奇的世纪血案，终有真相大白的一天吗？人们只能拭目以待。这里谨以小诗三首，悼逝者，也哀苍生：

夜已深 东方未白
上台百日你打分，
敲锣打鼓齐颂扬！
明福血案撼人心，

花圈再大有屁用？
猫哭老鼠假慈悲！
沉睡顺民何时醒？

It has been too many coincidences that we cannot but question the recent incidences; the authority seems to be overriding all the Judicial and the police and now corruption agency etc. Will someone tell me how come the prime witness of important criminal case could safely hide away in India without any action to follow up, how could two corrupt councillors can freely roam about just after frog-jumping. There are lots of mysteries and black boxes and we really feel ashamed and hopeless for any New era .
