I think the spiritual revival of a race is equally important to stand up on the level of advanced nations. A man has to be proud of his mother, his mother tongue, his fatherland and the culture to be able to really claim to be man enough with their counterparts in the rest of the world. A candidate who lost in the recent State election has just told the people that because they elected the wrong people the people have to suffer the loss of multi-millions ringgit in development funds. He must be mad to think that you can blackmail people with denying the funds which are all from the pockets of tax payers anyway.
