We see too many wastage, hospital and great big building with leaking roofs or even cracking or falling down as if in earthquakes and even the first class(so called) aerodromes are so bumpy and rough that the aircrafts just go off the runway recently. All these happened just becase the projects are never properly tendered out openly and the cronies can easily get hold of them and sub to all the sub-contractors until the last sub cannot have enough even to do the job! When can we have the day when our projects are properly and openly tendered out? The day when the tortoise climbs up the wall and the chicken's feather pokes through the steel pan?
